Staying Busy, New House, Here Comes 2025!

What is going on everyone! We are here in the month of December as 2024 is winding down but I have got to say that the year has hit me with a WHIRLWIND of surprises that I was not expecting. I began house hunting over the summer for a place to relocate to and found a place much faster than I imagined. I’ve been remodeling and redesigning since moving in and it has been a blast.

New episodes of the Screen Slurps podcast coming 2025!

I have also been planning some of the new episodes and content that will be coming in the new year for the Screen Slurps podcast! Laura and I cannot wait to be releasing new episodes once again! Be sure to check out the podcast’s website at this link HERE to catch all updates as they come along.

I am also working on recording some new music and designing some new video game content on my own. The video game programming has all been a fantastic learning lesson so far with what I have been working on and continue to create for new projects. I’m really looking forward to the new projects that are planned for 2025 and cannot wait to share what’s coming up next!

Adam Mizner

Adam is experienced in recording sound on location for film as well as post-production audio recording and editing. In addition to this Adam is a musician and composer.

Adam is a Northwestern University alumnus with an M.A. in Sound Arts and Industries. Prior to this he studied and worked at Columbia College Chicago for his B.A. in Audio Arts and Acoustics where his concentration focused on Audio for Visual Media and he learned to sound design, mix, and record ADR for film. Adam has worked on numerous commercial, independent, and student film projects. He has worked on the MTV series "The Real World", feature films "Dearest Jane" and "Hunter", as well as a live promotional event for the luxury clothing company Hermes.
